Having a clear vision of what I want to become, My Highest Vision of who I am going to be. The deadline is one year from today.
1. Healthy
2. Thoughtful
3. Strong
4. Honest
5. Spriritual
6. Great husband
7. Loving Father
8. Using an abundance mentality (enough and to spare)
9. Abb
10. Happy

Having a vision of what I want to become is more powerful then even Purpose. I can see that Vision would be the direction and the purpose would be the actual accomplishing. I think that Vision has to come before purpose.

It is the Body that is the foudation to the greater life, it is the springboard that gives the possibility of making all of the other changes in life. This is why so many others have the end of the Body For Life Challenge become the begining of becoming fat once again because they don't use this new body to change the vision to a higher one of tackling the next part of life that needs the transformation. Onward and upward.

Continued progress

I am thinking about how it is that I keep this going with the weight loss and the improvement of the body. I have looked at so many different people on tracker that have been at the end of 12 weeks and had amazing bodies and just a few short months later they are back on there with the same fat body that they had when they started the whole thing. I am really afraid of having this happen to me.

I have come to an conclusion on keeping this from happening. It is important to always be pushing the goals futher out and always pushing myself to be better then I already am. I know that I have to have 5 things in my life daily and this will help with the journey. 1.Pray 2. Read Scriptures 3.Write in my Journal 4.Plan 5. Exercise. I feel that if I keep all of these things in my life daily that I will enjoy the continued success and further growth that I am looking for.

I think that I have to continually push myself to new heights other wise I will start to slide back to the old ways.

Thank you to Blogger

I am excited to be able to have a forum to keep my thoughts and organize them as they spill out. I have been on a journey this past 6 months of changing my life from one of indulgence to body to one of moderation and feasting upon this that fullfill the Spirit within. This has come gradually and I had no Idea the destination of this path when I began or where this path will lead. This Blog is part of it though. Thanks be to God in all his glory!
